This 1 bedroom apartment is an ideal property for many use cases.
It's a good sized apartment with a semi-independent kitchen, a good sized lounge which has sliding doors leading out to the massive terrace - more about that later - a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to the terrace a fully fitted bathroom.
The apartment has 2 garages which are both included in the sale.
This property has a balcony measuring approximately 20m2 and has an absolutely fabulous view down to the oasis-like community pool. There's a gate leading from the balcony which allows access to the lower terrace. This terrace is even bigger that the balcony above, and that's big enough! this one is about 35m2.
From this terrace, there's a locked gate which allows direct access to the community pool and there's also a sliding door allowing access to one of the two garages.
This garage has had work started to convert it into a studio apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are a few apartment owners that have carried out this work successfully.
Next door to this garage, there's another smaller garage for parking a car or storage.
Laderas del Palm Mar - The Complex
This complex would have been built in the early 2000s and has been very well thought out in its design.
There's a large communal area with beautiful tropical gardens and a fantastic pool area as well. There's plenty of space for your sun lounger as well and the pool is closed off for youngster's safety.
There's plenty of parking available on the roads in the surrounding area and there's an underground car park too.
The complex is about 6 minutes easy walk down to the nearest beach and there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
Los Cristianos and Las Americas are an easy car drive away and there's also a bus route available as well.
Palm Mar - The Town
Palm Mar is a modern residential resort still in development just along the coast from Los Cristianos. It has one road in and one road out so traffic tends to be kept to a minimum and it's far quieter than its neighbours down the coast.
The town has been slowly developed since the 60s, but the real development started to take place in the late 1990s and early 2000s, this is when the likes of complexes such as San Marino, Laderas del Palm Mar and Cape Salema were built, bringing the town more into the public eye and as such, more property buyers started to flock to the area.
The main road in Palm Mar runs past bars and restaurants down to the sea front where there is a natural beach, part rocky, part stony and part sandy which is popular with those living in the town who swim and sunbathe there.
There are a good number of bars, shops and restaurants in the town and everything is within a 5 - 10 minute walk.
Within the last few years a new bus service has started and there is also a taxi rank.
Los Cristianos is a 7 or 8 minute drive away and Playa de Las Americas is another few minutes further down the TF1 and going the other way, the airport is 15-20 minutes away.
