We can't quite believe a year has passed since we were last in London exhibiting at A Place in the Sun Live, it's been a very busy 12 months! As they say, time flies when you're having fun and we certainly do love what we do - who wouldn't?
As ever, the Clear Blue Team are very excited about the upcoming show, it's so nice to meet new and existing clients in person - emails and telephone conversations are great, but nothing beats making that personal connection with someone. We are very aware that buying a property in Tenerife, for the vast majority of our clients, is the realisation of a long-held dream and we are always honoured that our clients choose us to guide them through that journey!
A Place in the Sun Live is the official exhibition of the hugely popular Channel 4 show with the same name. The show has inspired so many people to take the plunge and pursue their dream of owning a home abroad, or moving abroad lock, stock and barrel! It is the largest overseas property show in Europe and, while there are exhibitors from all over the world, we firmly believe that Tenerife is the shining star amongst them all.
It seems to us that Tenerife just has all the boxes ticked; all year round sunshine (so no "closed" seasons), no time difference or long-haul flights to deal with from the UK, politically stable, bursting with natural and man-made attractions and cultural experiences and so on... we could go on and on for a very long time - Tenerife literally sells itself!
In addition to exhibitors from the property sector, other experts will be on hand, including legal, financial, tax and currency professionals, all of whom will be delighted to help answer any questions you may have. The beating heart of the exhibition is "The Hub" right in the centre of the hall. Here you will be invited to attend an array of informative seminar sessions delivered by industry experts (on arrival at the show you will be given a copy of the "Show Guide" outlining the schedule of talks) and the stars of the TV show will be there to share their experiences of helping people find their dream property abroad. And yes, there will probably be time for a few selfies too. There will also be an opportunity on the day to take a screen test for the chance to appear on the next series of A Place in the Sun show! You will also receive a free copy of the Place in the Sun magazine to take home with you.
