Inside
This 4 bedroom Hacienda style detached property has loads of character and with that plus fabulous open sea views and a private pool, this property would make an ideal rental, holiday or permanent home.
The property is ideal to run as a holiday rental business and currently there's another property next door for sale too. You could live in this one and rent the one next door and if you buy both at the same time, there might be a deal to be done on the prices. Here's the link if the other one's still for sale.
As you enter the building through an arched wooden door, you're greeted by a large lounge/diner with lovely typical Canarian wooden ceilings and massive wooden beams throughout.
In the lounge/diner, there's plenty of space for furniture, currently there are 2 sofas and 2 large comfortable chairs and the lounge also has a fireplace with a TV above.
The dining area is furnished with a large wooden table and seats six.
Moving out of the lounge diner into the long hallway.
On the left-hand side, we find a large fully fitted, modern kitchen/diner with a window allowing loads of light to flood the area and opposite the kitchen, across the hallway, is the old kitchen now converted to a utility room, housing the washing machine and a dryer as well as a sink and loads of storage space.
Further down the impressive hallway, you'll find four large double bedrooms, all with windows and two of them have lovely Canarian style wooden ceilings.
As well as the bedrooms coming off the hallway, there are also two large fully fitted bathrooms as well.
At the end of the hallway, there's a door that leads straight out to the garden and swimming pool as well as the outside eating area.
Outside
When living in this property, a car will be almost certainly a necessity, but there's enough room for two or three cars to be parked outside on a hard standing and then you'll walk through an arched gate covered with colourful flowers and through the well established and tended garden with a tiled path meandering through to the arched entrance door of the house.
Having been through the house there's a door at the end of the hallway which leads us outside where we find a very good sized garden which has been designed in such a way that it includes a shady area to eat, as well as plenty of space to sunbathe around the large swimming pool and a quiet chill out area in the corner.
The house has the advantage of having some lovely sea views throughout, but the pool area is where you get the best views, from Guaza mountain, Los Cristianos, the whole of las Americas and straight in front of the property is the Adeje Golf Course with La Caleta just in font of that and then off to the right we can see Callao Salvaje, the towers of the Hard Rock hotel in Playa Paraiso and out to La Gomera.
From this area a gate leads to a lower level in front of the house. Here there's plenty of room for storage or the potential to turn these storage areas into more rooms.
On this lower garden level, there's plenty of space that could be converted to lawn or other leisure facilities and at the end of this area is a set of stairs that lead to the front door of the house again.
Las Moraditas is just minutes from the town of Adeje and although the area is up a hill, this is one of the lower and therefore easier properties to get to on the hill.
Clearly with a raised position comes the benefits of these fantastic sea views and we're just minutes to the supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and golf courses of Costa Adeje.
Adeje - The Town
Adeje town is a mixture of both modern and traditional buildings.
The town centre itself is full of shops, banks, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as having a fabulous tree lined avenue with restaurants and cafes either side making it a very popular place to go for an evening stroll or meal.
The town itself is less than 15 minutes drive from the old fishing town of Los Cristianos and a probably only 10 minutes from the famous beaches of Las Americas and Playa Fanabe.
There are excellent bus services to and from the town, so although a car is an advantage, it is not a necessity.
